The Adventures of Poppy
Hi there! My name is Poppy and I’m the newest team member at CARE4MH. I’m a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and I’m 10 weeks old. Obviously I’m the cutest member of the team with my big brown eyes and cute little nose. I’ve come all the way from a little town called Taroom in Central Queensland where I had the loveliest start to life out on the farm, surrounded by cats, dogs and beautiful humans.
Rhonda will be assisting me in my journey to become a therapy dog – and training starts today! At the moment I’m building my confidence in my new home, learning manners and working out when to go outside when I need to go to the toilet. Soon I will experience puppy preschool where I will get to play with lots of other puppies. I look forward to keeping you all updated with my endeavours to become a therapy dog so watch this space!
