  • Time Management: Use time management techniques like the Pomodoro Technique: Choose a task; Set the timer; Work; Take a short break; Repeat. 
  • Seek Support: Talk to someone you trust about your feelings. A support network can be your lifeline. 


Recovering from Burnout: 
If you’ve already slipped into the burnout abyss, don’t despair. Here are steps to help you bounce back. 

  • Psychological Therapy: Seeking professional health is crucial. A therapist can help you identify the root causes and develop strategies to cope with stress and regain balance. 
  • Daily Wellbeing Strategies: Gradually reintroduce self-care habits. Start with small steps, like taking a short daily walk, meditating, or engaging in a hobby. 
  • Set Realistic Goals: Reevaluate your goals to make them more attainable. A sense of accomplishment can reignite your passion for what you do.

By recognising the signs early, prioritising self-care, and seeking professional support when needed you can prevent and recover from burnout, restoring balance to your life.
