Our Services

Nurse Practitioner Clinics

Nurse Practitioners are experienced and qualified to autonomously assess and diagnose mental health conditions through comprehensive assessment. When necessary, radiology or pathology tests may be required to exclude physical health conditions that can mimic mental health symptoms. NPs provide therapy, psychological therapies, medication prescribing, deprescribing and management, as well as monitoring physical health and metabolic issues commonly associated with psychiatric conditions.

NPs are holistic practitioners who see you as a human first and foremost. We listen to you, hear you, and examine your concerns from both a biological and psychological approach. NPs take into consideration your social and emotional well-being, relationships, accommodation, trauma history, disability status, and more, to formulate a comprehensive and thorough treatment and management plan.

Occupational Therapist Services

Occupational Therapists assess and evaluate how emotional and mental health issues impact an individual’s participation in everyday activities. OTs employ occupational therapy-specific approaches and evidence-based interventions to support and empower individuals on their recovery journey. This personalised approach can include capacity building for activities of daily living, cognitive behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, and more.

Our Occupational Therapists are dedicated to optimising daily independent living skills. This support can encompass self-care, home management, mobility, finding or maintaining work or education, and participating in social and leisure activities. Each plan is tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of the individual, ensuring they achieve the highest level of independence and quality of life.
